Equipment Rentals

The Killeen Arts and Activities Center has additional equipment that is available for rental by our clients. Our friendly & knowledgeable staff will set up the equipment, along with tables & chairs, to ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible.


Note that equipment is for use in the KAAC facilities ONLY.

  • Chair Covers - $1 each (Self)
  • Chair Covers - $3 each (Staff)
  • Cocktail Table Covers (Black, White, or Grey) - $6 each
  • Fairy Lights (Set of 4) - $10 per set
  • Backdrops - $30 per section
  • Uplighting (Set of 6; Red, Blue, Green, Pink, Lavender) - $30 per set
  • Flag Set (American & Texas) - $20 per set
  • Arch - $30 per day
  • Podium with Sound & Microphone - $50 per day
  • Projection Set - $80 per day

  • Portable 70inch Smart TV - $150 per day
  • Lg. Banquet Hall AV - $200 per day
  • Small Sound System - $80 per day
  • Speaker w/Microphone - $50 per day

  • Throne Chairs - $75 per day
  • Red Carpet - $30 per day
  • Dry Erase Board with Marker Set - $10 per day
  • Set of Poles - $15 per day
